Kody Lamar

I like Kody mainly cause his the funny one in the elementals, but he is also your typical trouble maker. Also when anything happens he doesn't get mad ... he tends to get even, which means I got to get creative when I have him plotting something.

Bio

Kody grew up in an orphanage with no knowledge of his true family. He was an introverted child with a dry, sarcastic demeanor that often angered his caretakers which frequently resulted in him being belted. One night during an exceptionally savage beating, Kody began to fear for his life while also feeling an uncontrollable rage welling up inside him. He shut his eyes tight yelling “STOP!!!” when he opened his eyes again he found himself alone…standing in the middle of a giant burnt out crater.

Keep in mind the clothing and style of the character is not permanent, artist within this art contest ... feel free to change the characters cloths and weapons up .... you never know we may end up using it in the comic book as the characters go through the weeks within the story.

To get to know the characters a little you have to know there past.

The characters and mankind believes that after a globule war a catastrophic event took place that forced mankind to believe that it was the Apocalypse, billions of people died ... after trying to stay alive the story takes place a couple of year or so after mankind starts to build and repopulate. This is where the story begins, different species are born, mankind is no longer on top of the food chain, instead of mountains in the background there are abandoned cities and empires from centuries ago seen from miles away. Hover cars are grounded and decaying, vertical farms and plant life has taken over the street and buildings.

The feel of the areas

Some people still try to live in some of the abandoned cities others just went out and created villages around the abandoned cities using them as a place of recourse for water and food. Technology isn't as advanced as there past and mankind has to rely on another source of energy, steam, water, or sometimes dumb down the technology of there past so they can use it. There are new empires, rising from the ashes of the old empires others are new, you can tell from the different styles. One's has that European feel why'll the other looks rust a little more modern.

What is suspected in this story

Dragons, monsters, mythical creators oh my!! Yes sir, they are around and using use as there resources of food and more. Some smaller hybrid dragons are ride-able like cops to horses others are a lot bigger wilder and eats us for dinner. (two different breeds) This is just an example of mankind adapting to the world around them.

Other stuff that's in the story is that technology isn't as advanced as there past and mankind has to rely on another source of energy, steam, water, or sometimes dumb down the technology of there past so they can use it. You can say mankind is steampunking rusty futuristic cars, trains and generators to better there lives as much as they can. They do fall back on swords, cross bows, old style guns like muskets and anything else that's easy to create if they need two. So you'll sometime see a mix during a fight where someone richer would have more advanced weapons compared to someone who is cheaper.
